Co-founded a scholarship programme supporting Czechs/Slovaks going to prestigious universities. By connecting with and convincing wealthy sponsors to support our students (the same way I did it), we already have 6 students going to Oxbridge that would otherwise not be able to - fundraised about £220K since January 2026. Also in the process of lobbying our government to create a wider student loan system (there is nothing like that rn). I have been featured in the media a bit for this (Forbes, national TV).
Presided and otherwise volunteered within the European Youth Parliament CZ, an NGO engaging over 1500 students from across Europe annually in physical events. I led the organisation of about 100 volunteers, written €200 000+ worth of succesful grant applications (Erasmus+, national ministries, companies) and did legal and financial management like accounting/tax records, contracts, communicating with governments and large companies (and also travelled around the world to various conferences while doing so).

Built a fully functional submarine capable of up to 200m depth marine research over 4 years (motors, lights, livestreaming camera, sampling devices w/ custom PCBs, hardware and software, and hundreds of hours spent just on waterproofing it). Then we won a bunch of competitions with it. Read the full paper or just admire the pics bellow :)

Built an opensource compact 3D printable UV-VIS-NIR spectrometer that is now used in schools across Czechia. Read the full paper. THe pic bellow is from me presenting it in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic Parliament.
'Hacked' my way into the Pentagon (US Department of War) as a foreign national in summer 2023 while we were on a family trip on the east coast by having the Czech embassy in Washington present us as a government/NATO delegation. The officers were surprised that usually only US military delegations come to visit.
